Frequently Asked Questions
There can be various reasons for taking part in an assessment.
- In the case of a selection assessment, we give advice after the assessment as to whether you are suitable for a particular position. The assessment is then part of the application process.
- A development assessment looks at what you can do well and where you can develop further. The goal of this assessment could be to help you grow into a different position.
- During a potential assessment we give you insight into who you are, what you want and what you can do. After this assessment we can advise you on suitable career steps.
Before you come to our office in Weert for the assessment day, we will ask you to complete a few tests at home. These tests focus on your personality and are therefore not about right or wrong. On the assessment day itself, you will be presented with online tests and questionnaires, after which the programme will also include an interview and practical simulations. After the assessment, a report is drawn up based on all the test results, which will first be shared with you. Only after you release the report will it automatically become available to the client.
If you are in a hurry, an assessment can be scheduled at very short notice, but with the proviso that you have sufficient time to complete the tests at home.
Preparing for an assessment is not necessarily necessary, but we can imagine that it will give you a good feeling if you know what to expect. On our website you can read more information about your assessment. You can also use this link practice various ability tests at home.
To make the home tests you need a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection. We also ask you to find a quiet place and to take your time for making home tests. After opening a home test, it must be completed in one sitting, without closing it in the meantime.
You can expect the report within 5 working days of your assessment / after your individual feedback session. You will be notified as soon as the report has been uploaded in the portal. Depending on the client's request, you will gain insight into your motivation and motives, your talents and your weaknesses, based on various personality questionnaires, capacity tests, practical assessment exercises and behavioural observations. Depending on the client's request, other aspects may also be highlighted.
